Dear Friends,
We'd like to share the wonderful news that your site has
been put through to the finals of the Christian Blog and
Web Awards, 2008. Over the next few days our panel of
judges will be reviewing your site and we'll be getting
back to you shortly about whether you'll be in the top
50 winners who will get to attend the awards ceremony.

An excellent collection of articles and
links. Thanks for all the work that has gone into
compiling it. It will be a very useful resource as I try
and put together a study session on Christian
environmentalism.

Great to see lots of eco-activity in the
B+W area. I look forward to being part of it in some
way!

It's great to see the policy documents
turned into such an attractive and useful website. It
means we have a place where we can update the
suggestions and information in the documents, and keep
people informed of what is going on in the diocese and
beyond. And a place where anyone can get in touch with
the group. Congratulations to the webmaster!

I
was invited by Janet Fulljames of St. Andrew's
Church Taunton to
create this site on behalf of the Diocese, and
all the information for it has been provided by
Revd. David Osborne who is Chair of the Diocese
Environmental Working Party.
There is a vast amount of information,
strategies, ideas and case studies available on
the site, all of which form part of the Bath and
Wells Environmental Policy. I have been really
impressed by the huge amount of work that has
gone into creating the Policy, and it has been a
pleasure to create a website that will, I hope,
enable it to be easily accessible and
pleasurable to use.
Over the months I hope that the website will
continue to develop with new information,
articles and ideas.
